Aakash Chopra discussed how Prithvi Shaw’s time playing cricket in England had to be cut short owing to a recent knee injury while playing County Cricket with Northamptonshire, and he added that another place will be reserved at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru.
Aakash Chopra expressed compassion for Shaw on his official YouTube channel because he traveled to England to play cricket and was having success prior to getting hurt. Chopra stated that he regained his form and made runs after receiving a lot of criticism.
“Prithvi Shaw appeared to have made a turn. He was attempting to succeed where he had gone to play county cricket. After being hit-wicket in an unusual way to begin with, there was much criticism and nonsensical talk, but after that, he hit frequently, according to Chopra.
Chopra added that Prithvi Shaw’s tour of England is now complete and that another seat at the NCA will soon be reserved.
“He batted quite well, but he is currently dealing with a knee problem. He was scoring runs and everything was going well when he hurt his knee and will now be returning home. It appears that another seat will be reserved in the NCA now that his tour is ended, said Chopra.

Shaw had stated his desire for India to win the ICC World Cup. However, due to his injury, the player will not be able to represent the Men in Blue in the 2018 ODI World Cup roster.
