Virat Kohli, an Indian player, attacked the Times of India for publishing false information about him. The media conglomerate claimed that the top batter and his wife, Anushka Sharma, are constructing a cricket field at their property in Alibaug.

Recently, Virat Kohli’s farmhouse in Alibaugh was covered extensively by the media. A few sources, like TOI, mentioned that he will be building a cricket pitch at his farmhouse but most reported that he is building a new home.

However, Virat Kohli drew attention to the TOI report and claimed that even the media, which he has read since he was a child, are disseminating false information. He shared a screenshot of the news on his Instagram page with the following caption:

“Bachpan se jo akhbar pada hai, vo b fake news chaapne lage ab,” wrote Virat Kohli.

It appears that Virat Kohli is out to disprove the false reports. He recently denounced all of the rumors concerning his revenues via social media. According to a number of media publications, the Indian government makes 11.4 crores for each Instagram post.

The news that has been going around regarding my social media earnings is not accurate, he said, adding that he was grateful and indebted for everything he had been given in life.

The next time Virat Kohli plays will be at the Asia Cup in 2023 against Ireland.
During the recent West Indies trip, Kohli was spotted in action. In two Test matches, he had scorching innings, blasting a half-century in the first game and a century in the second. Later, he was denied a chance to bat in the ODI series.

While Kohli is presently taking advantage of his time off, he has been working hard at the gym. He’ll be seen in action in 2023 at the Asia Cup. He will be of utmost importance to the team during the competition.
