Colin Munro of Islamabad United has been penalised 10% of his match fee for a level 1 violation of the HBL Pakistan Super League Code of Conduct that occurred during his team’s Qualifier 1 loss to Peshawar Zalmi on Thursday.

Munro was found to have broken article 2.2, which addresses mistreatment of cricket gear, apparel, or fixtures and fittings. Salman Irshad bowled him, and he hit the stumps with his bat.

Munro admitted confessed to the charge and agreed to the punishment Roshan Mahanama suggested. On-field umpires Ahsan Raza and Faisal Afridi, third umpire Alex Wharf, and fourth umpire Rashid Riaz all made the accusation.
