A France player who wants to ruin England’s hopes of winning the World Cup on Saturday night has expressed a desire to join the Premier League amid rumours that a cheap transfer is imminent.
In an eagerly anticipated World Cup quarterfinal, the Three Lions face Les Bleus in Qatar’s Al Bayt Stadium. With 12 goals from their first four games, Gareth Southgate’s team is tied for the most goals in the competition. And they’ll be confident going into their matchup with the current world champs.
The team led by Didier Deschamps, however, will give England their most difficult test to far. The French newspaper L’Equipe also instructed France to target the player they believed to be England’s weak link, lighting the blue touch paper.
Jude Bellingham will be the main hope for England if they want to go to a second straight semi-final. The young midfielder has been in superb form thus far, contributing significantly to their advancement to the round of eight.
Bellingham is a lock to begin the game since, according to family rumours, Liverpool will be his next club. Additionally, it appears that Southgate will keep Declan Rice and Jordan Henderson with him.
They will be up against the French midfield duo of Aurélien Tchouaméni and Adrien Rabiot. Last summer, Liverpool was interested in the former player, but he ultimately chose Real Madrid.
Additionally, the latter had discussions with Manchester United about a summer transfer, but the deal fell through due to his financial demands.
But his Juventus contract is set to end in the summer of 2019. Rabiot will therefore be able to talk about a free transfer to the Premier League starting on January 1.

This has given rise to rumours that a transfer to United might once again be planned. However, Arsenal has also been identified as a possible suitor.
According to a rumour published on Wednesday, the Gunners can acquire Rabiot if they give up one of their own stars in exchange.
Now that Rabiot has addressed his future for the first time, he acknowledges that the Premier League is his natural next move.
According to the Evening Standard, he stated, “I have always indicated that I’d like to play in England throughout my career. Will that occur towards the conclusion of my time at Juventus? I’m not sure. I still want to play in the Premier League, though, so yeah. The Premier League is where I hope to improve.
Rabiot said he currently has no preference despite the links to both United and Arsenal.
I don’t currently have a Premier League team in mind, he remarked. “I don’t have a team or anything picked out. It’s a general issue, but what draws me in is the championship and the calibre of the competition. It seems to fit my character, in my opinion.
Rabiot is familiar with the Premier League because, before joining PSG, he attended Manchester City’s junior academy.
It was an excellent experience. But I didn’t complete an entire season. While I was there, everything went smoothly, he acknowledged.
“I really enjoyed the atmosphere, especially the one surrounding football. It’s a phenomenon that only exists in England. Compared to France and Italy, it is distinct.
Rabiot will look to make a good impression during the game on Saturday. He has done well for France thus far in the competition, but he will need to play at the top of his game to help his team advance to the semi-finals.
Due to his refusal to sign up for France’s stand-by list, the midfielder lost out on the opportunity four years prior. He will be eager to contribute to a strong French defence this time, though.
