This morning, Pujara’s domestic team Saurashtra won the Ranji Trophy by defeating Bengal by a score of 9 wickets to take home their second consecutive championship. It wasn’t that at all; rather, it was the beginning of the process, when you walked out to bat. Some of the balls went in a curved path while others moved more directly. After 30–40 balls, the batter should feel comfortable going to the plate. When the ball gets softer, it’s easier to hit, especially when it’s raining.
In the meantime, Ravindra Jadeja led Australia’s destruction with the ball as India won the second test by six wickets inside three days to keep the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and take a 2-0 lead in the four-match series. IND vs AUS will now have the opportunity to defend the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
At the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Jadeja had a career-best performance with 7-42 wickets, and he and Ravichandran Ashwin (3-59) combined to restrict Australia to a meager 113 runs in their second innings. The first of March will mark the beginning of the third test of IND vs AUS in Indore.
