Madison Keys called Iga Swiatek a ‘phenomenal’ athlete in a recent interview. She said the Pole was’very good’ off the court as well as on.
“I tell everyone Iga is a great tennis player. Plus, she’s fantastic. She’s friendly off the court. She’s a fantastic person and tennis player. She’s a star athlete. “She’s agile. Madison Keys: “She puts so many balls back on the court, and her ability to never give you an opening to get her moving is why she’s done so well this year.”
Swiatek won twice in Rome 2021 and at Indian Wells this year. Keys won their most recent hardcourt summer match in Cincinnati.
