Najmul Hossain’s mistake Shanto delivered India their second wicket of the second Test in Dhaka on Thursday. Shanto thought Ravichandran Ashwin’s ball would turn and pitch.

The southpaw covered his off-stump and left the ball, expecting it to turn. Ashwin’s drifting slider hit Shanto’s pads.
Najmul Hossain Shanto was called out, therefore he opted to review. He didn’t offer a shot, so the ball barely clipped his off-stump. The opener was furious after wasting a good start. Here’s the dismissal video.
