When asked about Yuzvendra Chahal, Danish Kaneria said, “He is struggling big time”

Danish Kaneria, a former Pakistani player, believes Yuzvendra Chahal’s line and length are poor. The former off-spinner suggests Chahal play four-day cricket before the 2023 ODI World Cup to recover his rhythm.

Chahal’s 7.2 overs yielded 43 runs. He dismissed tail-enders Mitchell Santner and Jacob Duffy as the visitors were all out for 295 chasing 385.
Kaneria stated on YouTube:

World Cup time. The Indian selection committee and management must monitor Chahal’s form. He needs domestic cricket and longer bowling. He needs to bowl long spells to be ready. He struggles greatly. Four-day games will help him regain his rhythm. He’ll improve.”
Adds:

“India brought in Yuzi Chahal, but he is unable to make his mark. Struggling.”
Yuzvendra Chahal has three wickets in two ODIs this year.
Danish Kaneria contrasts Kuldeep Yadav with Yuzvendra Chahal’s bowling.
Yuzvendra Chahal, unlike Kuldeep Yadav, bowls short deliveries, Kaneria noted. He thinks the right-arm wrist spinner should improve his action.

said:

Kuldeep bowled full-length balls and took wickets. He turned. Short-pitched Chahal. No turn. Balling requires hand rolling and ring finger use. When he loops, it’s a complete toss. Slow his arm rotation.”
Kaneria added that Sundar needs flight and turn the ball to spin well. said:

Washington Sundar needs to spin. He’s tilting the ball. Flight and ball turning make him more successful. He bled runs.”
Sundar conceded 49 runs in six overs against the Blackcaps in the third ODI.
