Sophie Ecclestone has got the batters on a piece a string. This is when she bowls best, when she knows that she is better than what she is up against.
A good catch from Amy Jones as well.

The drink break has done the trick and Sophie Ecclestone has got the breakthrough. Neatly taken by Amy Jones behind the stumps.
Supta c Jones b Ecclestone 30 (Ban 59-3)
The drinks break strikes! This happens so often.
Often we say it's because the batters lose concentration but this is a ball that has turned and bounced from Sophie Ecclestone.
Sharmin Akter Supta edges it as she attempts to push it back and Amy Jones takes the catch as she rises behind the stumps.

Supta hits Ecclestone for four
Bangladesh did not really make the most of the powerplay but they have had a little impetus since and Sharmin Akter Supta has pushed on.
More spin to Ecclestone persuades right-hander Sharmin Akter Supta to chance her arm. All she gets is a top edge into her grille.
That means we're going to have a break for a concussion sub. The rest of the players are taking drinks while they're at it.
Supta 30, Mostary 20
There's decent turn for Charlie Dean now too – so big that one turns down the leg side for a wide. England will still be pretty content. Yes, there have been a few wayward balls here and there but they have Bangladesh where they want them.
Again Sophie Ecclestone bowls one poor ball in her over – this one short and wide which is cut by Sharmin Akter Supta – but she follows it with a beauty that turns and bounces. England will take note of that when it comes to their batting innings.
Nat Sciver-Brunt has a silly point in place. You don't see that often in white-ball cricket.

Sophie Ecclestone’s release point of 2.20m is the highest of any spinner so far in the competition.
Ross' point is proven by Charlie Dean coming on and conceding only a wide from her first over. Otherwise there are six dots. New Zealand had this problem against South Africa yesterday too.

Bangladesh scoring just nine singles in the first 10 overs is the perfect indicator of how the top teams (ENG, AUS, IND, NZ, SA) differ from those below. Boundaries not an issue, but it's the careful rotation of strike, tip and runs and knocking into the gaps that offer the challenging scores.

England have just released their stranglehold a little here with a couple of freebies. The latest is one to full from Sophie Ecclestone which Mostary puts away.
She's playing nicely…

Frustrating for Nat Sciver-Brunt. Bangladesh are being slightly defensive so the bowlers need to experiment a way to bring wickets.
The batters are looking to get a move on and up the tempo.
Supta 24, Mostary 14
Three boundaries in the over! Bangladesh have found their scoring strokes again.
It's the skipper Nat Sciver-Brunt who is leaking the runs and the rest of the XI look to be avoiding eye-contact as you'd expect. Twice she drifts onto leg stump and then she is slashed away on the cut.
Remember NSB is only just making her comeback to bowling after injury prevented her from doing so through the summer.

England have now bowled 50% spin in the powerplay overs of their first two games – only Bangladesh (57%) have bowled more of the eight teams.
Sophie Ecclestone comes into the attack and immediately begins with an immaculate maiden. Having been 21-0 after three overs, Bangladesh end the powerplay with only 10 more on the score.
If you look up soft in the dictionary you'll just see this clip…

A boundary and five from the over. That feels like a breaking of a dam after the trickle of runs that had come before.
It comes from a Sobhana Mostary drivev off Nat Sciver-Brunt through the covers. Nicely played.

Nat Sciver-Brunt is going to have to be creative today in terms of how she is going to get wickets. Bangladesh are likely to try and settle in now after those first two wickets.
When the opportunity to score comes, they need to take it.
Sobhana Mostary's leg-side nudge breaks the run of dots but that single is as good as it gets for Bangladesh. England's fielders are in tight and there are few opportunities on offer.
Nat Sciver-Brunt has taken off her cap and is walking towards the umpire with purpose. A bowling change looms…

Bangladesh are dangerous with the ball, but do they have the power with the bat to post a competitive score here.
