Follow the live score and updates from the second T20I match between New Zealand and Pakistan being held at the University Oval in Dunedin where the Men in Green will battle to bounce back after humbling defeat in the series opener
Oh Pakistan! Ish Sodhi spins a web on the visiting batters, by snapping up two wickets in an over, to leave the Men In Green in tatters. It seems all the pressure will lie on Salman Ali Agha to steady the ship or else it will be curtains for the visitors.
    Score after 7 overs
    PAK 52/4
6, 4, 2 – Salman Ali Agha dispatched Jimmy Neesham for a six and a four as Pakistan fought back after their disastrous start in Dunedin. The visitors are going at 8 runs per over and will need few big overs, if they are to get to a big score.
    Score After 6th Over
    PAK 48/2
Mohammad Haris is the latest wicket to fall as New Zealand strike again to derail Pakistan’s momentum. Haris was sent back by Ben Sears for 11 off 10 deliveries as the visitors lost their second wicket in Dunedin.
    Score After 4th Over
    PAK 25/2
After the fall of Hasan Nawaz, the senior duo of Mohammad Haris and skipper Salman Ali Agha have carried the Pakistan momentum, with some boundaries off Jacob Duffy and Zakary Foulkes.
As the saying goes, ‘Old habits die hard’ – Pakistan, who were bowled out meagrely for 91 in the 1st game, continue with the same mistake, as Hasan Nawaz goes for the big shot, but his shot ends up in the hands of Mark Chapman as Kiwis strike first.
    Score After 1st Over
    PAK 2/1
National anthems done and action gets underway. It’s a 15-over game. Have to see how Pakistan strategise the opening overs against a potent Kiwi attack.
The pitch has a green covering of grass. Will do a bit for the seamers. There will be a bit of sideways movement and a bit of bounce. Won’t help much for the spinners. It will skid on nicely. Have to factor in the wind, few boundaries are short. We have just had 3 T20I games here and the average first innings score is 194 in those games. It will be interesting to see how Pakistan adapt to the pace and bounce but there are runs on offer at the University Oval. – Grant Elliot and Frankie McKay.
