CRICKET NEWS – Jason Maswanganyi, the assistant coach of the Six Gun Grill Garden Route Badgers for the last two seasons, has taken up the position of coach developer at Cricket South Africa (CSA), with effect from 1 April.
He successfully completed his CSA level IV coaching qualification this season.
His portfolio has him overseeing coach education programmes in the Boland and South Western Districts.
"We are grateful for the new opportunity in Jason's personal career and would like to congratulate him," said Albertus Kennedy, SWD Cricket's CEO.
"The company places a huge emphasis on career development, and we are looking forward to his involvement in the coach development programme."
