It is over. West Indies have been bowled out for 126 only and Pakistan get another win. It was a poor show from West Indies with the bat. The target was gettable but none of their batters could even cross the 25-run mark. In contrast, Pakistani bowlers used the slow conditions to their advantage and ran away with the game.

After the departure of set batter Muneeba Ali, Sidra Amin took the charge in her hand with the help of new batter Aliya Riaz. Riaz played few attacking shots and collected boundaries in pursuit of stablising the Pakistan’s inning.

After the drinks break, Fletcher in her only second over gets rid of well set Muneeba Ali, with a leggie. Ali departs after well made 33 of 60 deliveries

After a slow start, PAK opener Muneeba Ali has got going with some strokeplay as he raced to 32 off 52 deliveries. The four boundaries have come off her blade as the hosts look to get the run-rate going against the West Indies.

West Indies bowlers maintained relentless pressure on the Pakistan batters with disciplined line and length, making scoring incredibly difficult. The tight bowling strangled the run flow, forcing Pakistan into a defensive shell. Skipper Hayley Matthews was especially effective, using her off-spin to great advantage against Muneeba Ali as she dismissed the batter.

After a cautious start to the innings, West Indies captain Hayley Matthews provided the breakthrough her team needed by dismissing the dangerous Gull Feroza. Matthews bowled a probing delivery outside off, tempting Feroza into a drive, only for her to edge it to first slip, where the catch was safely taken. With the early blow dealt, Pakistan now look to rebuild their innings as Sidra Amin and Muneeba Ali take charge.
