STAPLES — Lakewood Health System and Twin Cities Orthopedics are partnering to offer free sports physicals to students June 24.
Appointments are available from 5-7 p.m. and will take approximately 10 minutes each. Appointments will take place at TCO Staples-Therapy, located at The Plaza, 1210 US Highway 10 E., Staples, where students will get a first-hand, behind-the-scenes look at the space when they arrive for their appointment.

Any student needing a provider-signed Minnesota State High School League form in order to participate in school sports can schedule an appointment. Slots are limited.
