Nepal and Scotland are set to face off again at the Forthill Cricket Ground in Dundee on Sunday, 8 June, for Match 77 of the ICC Cricket World Cup League Two 2023-27. The two sides last met on 4 June, when Nepal clinched a dramatic one-wicket win to climb to seventh in the table.
Match 75 was an extremely dramatic cricket match, with a last-ball call going in their way to secure their win. Scotland posted a total of 296 in the first innings, led by Charlie Tear’s 80-run knock. Karan KC took two wickets and then led Nepal’s chase, remaining unbeaten at 65 runs off 41 deliveries.
Despite slipping to 272 for 8, Nepal reached the target, with Karan’s Player of the Match performance proving decisive.
