The Philadelphia Eagles (6-2) are facing off against the Green Bay Packers (5-2-1) at Lambeau Field as both teams look to stay in the chase for the top seed in the NFC.

The Eagles hand the ball to Saquon Barkley three straight times, which burns Green Bay’s remaining timeouts but don’t move the chains. Philadelphia goes for it on fourth down from Green Bay’s 35-yard line… and Hurts’ pass to A.J. Brown is broken up! The Packers still have a chance to get into field goal range!
When Josh Jacobs has had success tonight, it’s been on runs directly up the middle.
To call a zone run on that play, one easily snuffed out by the Eagles defense, just makes zero sense!

On third down, Love finds Luke Musgrave but he’s short of the sticks and it’s fourth-and-1, and Josh Jacobs is tackled for a loss! Jacobs also fumbled, though it would have been Eagles ball either way.

Jalen Hurts throws above the head of DeVonta Smith and the Eagles are forced to punt after trying to draw Green Bay offside. … The Packers will have 145 seconds to tie or win this game.
That third-and-12 conversion for the Eagles will haunt the Packers. Keisean Nixon had the assignment of covering DeVonta Smith. Smith juked and decided on a curl route instead of going straight ahead. Nixon got fooled, hanging back instead of moving forward, resulting in Smith making the 16-yard reception.
It's those little things that can make or break a game at this stage. It hurt the Packers, and now the Eagles still have the ball, looking to ice the game.
