Currently driving around Hilux, Fulham listening to TMS on my new Toyota. Friday’s don’t get much better!

There have been 39 Test matches played in England since the start of 2019, only three have had more swing on average in the first 10 overs than this morning's spell from Woakes and Carse (1.79° on average).Michael Vaughan

A tough one for Jaiswal. It hit him straight in the ribs and it doesn't look like he has a chest pad on.
We're all about the solutions this morning.
We'll find Charlie's car (lunch break treasure hunt?) and we're getting Kate free drinks in Stockport.
Meanwhile Carse slams his final delivery into the ribs of Yashasvi Jaiswal, with the India opener walking away grimacing.

My car got stolen last night, but hearing TMS has made it a little bit more bearable. What a time to be alive. Grey Toyota Hilux, Fulham

Jacob Bethell is currently wandering around the boundary, high-viz vest, towel over his shoulder, 12th man duties. I wonder if he'll be off to play for Warwickshire on Sunday. Her hasn't played a red-ball game since the third Test against New Zealand in December.Sir Alastair Cook

The perfect spot from Chris Woakes. I thought he'd nicked it from here.
Oooh, that's delicious.
Woakes swings a delivery past the bat of Jaiswal, almost taking the edge.
England haven't shown a massive amount of threat this morning but that was pretty close.
Meanwhile that's the second maiden in a row.

Love anon's plan for my day, only hitch is purse is also locked in the house. Any Stockport pubs that fancy giving me free drinks for the afternoon, or else just letting me sit there drinkless and watch your TV, do get in touch. And quickly please, battery is now 2%

We're back to Rahul facing all of a Carse over and for the second time in this innings he plays out a maiden from the Durham seamer.

I don't know why you would win the toss on a sunny day and bowl. I am 54. These two things may be related.

Is there not a saying about Headingly that you always look up when deciding whether to bat or bowl? Skies are blue. Surely bat.

GET IN! It's a five-match series against a top team. What more could you ask for? COME ON ENGLAND!

England are looking as though they will be bowling all of today. These fast bowlers are going to be tired.
When you make a decision like this, you have to be thinking – will it be harder to bat today or in the fourth innings?
Jaiswal had scored 19 of India's 23 runs prior to this over, but KL Rahul does a bit of work to rebalance things, hitting a two through square leg before taking a single.
Woakes' final delivery thuds into the pads of Jaiswal and we get the first significant lbw appeal of the day from the cordon, but that's heading way down the leg side.

It will just have to be a Stockport pub with a TV screen for Kate. The only reasonable course of action. And you’ll be uncontactable. Bliss.

A bit of movement in the air, without much off the pitch. You do feel as though England will be feeling a little bit concerned about their lack of progress on the wicket column.
Jaiswal enjoys his first go at Brydon Carse, hitting the Durham seamer for two fours in the over.
He lashes the first through point, then the second is edged through third.
Carse responds with a solid delivery that has Jaiswal whip his bat away at the last second.

Just finished my A-levels yesterday and the cricket summer starts today – feels like heaven!

England might be tempted for Chris Woakes to come up the hill here. They may give Tongue a go in a little while.
Jaiswal ruins the symmetry, taking a single off the fourth ball of the Woakes over to give Rahul a go against England's senior seamer.
He defends his first delivery from Woakes, then lets the next one pass through to the keeper.

I'm meant to be working from home but partner has accidentally locked me out of the house and gone to work so I'm currently sitting in the park. Would be ideal from a cricket following perspective, except my phone battery is currently down to 4%
