Sophia Dunkley scores 46% of her runs in T20I cricket straight down the ground.
No player in history scores more a higher percentage in this zone.

It wasn't the right delivery from Amanjot Kaur, allowing Sophia Dunkley to get underneath it. She's taking a bit of a gamble with that mid-off fielder within the ring.
Up and over mid-off for four!
Sophia Dunkley continues on her way. This is the first time India have been under any pressure in this series and they haven't responded particularly well so far.

Danni Wyatt-Hodge scores 23% of her runs in T20I cricket behind square on the off side.
Of the 68 players with 500+ runs in the format, only Meg Lanning (28%) and Kathryn Bryce (27%) score a higher percentage of their runs in the region.

Dunkley charges down the pitch to hit a six
Sophia Dunkley drives down the ground for a single to bring up a cracking half-century from 35 balls, with five fours and a six.
Danni Wyatt-Hodge had played a delightful cut for four earlier in the over off Sneh Rana as they guide England to a very promising position at the halfway mark.

Harmanpreet Kaur has had a bit of a shocker there. It carried, she had time to steady herself.
    Eng 71-0
What on earth is going on?
Danni Wyatt-Hodge gets another lifeline as Harmanpreet Kaur spills a tougher – but still pretty straightforward – chance at cover.
She had to move to her right, and was still on the move when the ball was in her hands, but she was in a decent position and should've taken it comfortably.
Of course, Wyatt-Hodge whacks a six over Rodrigues' head two balls later.

There's no real excuse there. That should have been taken 10 times out of 10.
    Eng 61-0
    A shocker!
Jemimah Rodrigues, of all players, has dropped a sitter.
Danni Wyatt-Hodge takes one hand off the bat as she miscues one out to cow corner, and Rodrigues settles herself underneath but it somehow plops out of her hands.
Radha Yadav comes into the attack as Harmanpreet Kaur continues to rotate her bowlers.
She's greeted by a delightful reverse sweep for four by Sophia Dunkley, before Wyatt-Hodge repeats the dose with a slightly more agricultural heave through the leg side.
    England are starting to accelerate.
The Oval is filling up nicely, the outfield half shaded, half baked in sunshine.
A solid over from Arundhati Reddy, no boundaries conceded, as she is backed up with a brilliant piece of relay fielding from Jemimah Rodrigues and Amanjot Kaur at long-on to prevent Dunkley from finding the ropes.
The improvement in India's fielding has been really noticeable in this series so far.

The green nature of this pitch may have been a directive from the English side to help negate the Indian spinners who have been so successful so far in the series.
England have lost 11 wickets to spin in the series so far for an average of just 16.
It’s early days, but so far we have seen just 0.9° of spin from the surface – less than half of what has been seen previously.

When Sophia Dunkley's motoring she puts fear into bowlers. Deepti Sharma just got her length wrong there. I hope Danni is taking confidence from Sophia at the other end.
Sophia Dunkley continues to attack, helping herself to two more boundaries off Deepti Sharma as England conclude a decent powerplay.
The first is whipped through mid-wicket, the second a little less convincing as it just flies over mid-off, much to Sharma's displeasure.
A productive over from England, showing signs of being a little more proactive against the spinners this evening.
    First six of the night!
Excellent footwork from Dunkley, charging down the pitch and clubbing it straight down the ground.

When Mark Robinson was in charge he made a massive point about playing against spin. We spent weeks in India, I came home and my wrists were aching from playing the sweep, the reverse sweep, they had about 25 spin bowlers lined up to bowl at you. It was great, that was just before a World Cup too.
Double change, double spin – and Sree Charani is greeted by a Sophia Dunkley slog sweep for four.
    Great shot.
