Bublik 5-7, 6-3, *2-1 Draper
This is something else from Bublik!
As the commentator on TNT Sports just summarized — he has been playing in ‘God mode’.
It has been a thoroughly entertaining performance as he breaks Draper early in the third set with a stunning range of shots to which the Brit is unable to find an answer.
Bublik has never reached a Grand Slam quarter final and has never won a clay court tournament… he is taking great strides towards at least one of those achievements with a performance like this.
FINAL: Djokovic 6-2, 6-3, 6-2 Norrie
Novak Djokovic rolls into the quarterfinals at Roland Garros, trouncing Cameron Norrie in straight sets. It's the sixth time that Djokovic is into the quarterfinals at Roland Garros.
It's a 26-match win streak in Paris for Djokovic, combining Roland Garros, the Paris Olympics and the Rolex Paris Masters. Djokovic, at 38, is the oldest man to reach the Roland Garros quarterfinals since 1971.
It was a dominant display of tennis from Djokovic today. He won 95 points, fired four aces and served at 60 percent.
Up next for Djokovic is No. 3 seed Alexander Zverev. Djokovic is 8-5 against Zverev in the career head to head.
They last met in the Australian Open semifinals, where Zverev advanced after Djokovic was forced to retire following the first set.
Djokovic 6-2, 6-3, *5-2 Norrie
Respectable from Cameron Norrie to still be battling despite being outplayed.
He holds serve to get his second game of the third set, which is a miracle at this point, considering how well Novak Djokovic is playing.
Djokovic will serve for a spot in the Roland Garros quarterfinals.
Bublik 5-7, 6-3, 0-0* Draper
What a set from Alexander Bublik!
He seals it to a rapturous reception inside Court Suzanne-Lenglen. Make no mistake, Jack Draper has been playing well but this has been a masterclass from Bublik in the second set.
It's cooking nicely as we enter the third set.
Djokovic 6-2, 6-3 *4-1 Norrie
This match is effectively over. Novak Djokovic gets his second break of the third set against Cameron Norrie, who is hitting too many unforced errors.
Djokovic is two games away from his 100th career victory at Roland Garros and another quarterfinals appearance.

Djokovic 6-2, 6-3 3-1* Norrie
Novak Djokovic, what a shot. He hooks a forehand winner like a golfer off the tee, landing it right on the line in for the win to go up 40-0 before holding serve.
He's making it look awfully easy right now. Cameron Norrie has no solutions.
Djokovic 6-2, 6-3 *2-1 Norrie
That's a very loose game from Cameron Norrie. He fires some unforced errors and gets burned on an ineffective drop shot, which Novak Djokovic easily retrieves and gets the winner.
Djokovic is now up a break in the third set. It's one-way traffic for the 24-time slam champion, closing in on the quarterfinals.
Bublik 5-7, *4-2 Draper
He had a chance earlier in the set which passed him by but Bublik has not given up the chance to break Draper this time.
Can he use that to his advantage over the remainder of the set or will Draper fight back?
Bublik is performing so well.
One stat I'm fascinated by in this Novak Djokovic-Cameron Norrie match is winning points longer than nine shots. So far through two sets, Djokovic has won 16 points over nine shots. Norrie has only seven.
It's clear Djokovic wants to extend the rallies and when he does, Norrie doesn't have an answer.
He's often caught behind the baseline playing defense and doesn't consistently have the pace or the variety of shots to thwart Djokovic.
Hence why it's a two sets to love lead for the 24-time slam champion.
Djokovic 6-2, 6-3 Norrie
Through an hour and 40 minutes, Novak Djokovic takes a commanding two sets to love lead over Cameron Norrie. It was a closer set of tennis, where Norrie began immediately going up a break.
But then Djokovic found a way back into the set, thanks to his clutch serving out wide and hitting deep groundstrokes, flustering Norrie.
The Brit had no answer for the 24-time slam champion, unable to capitalize on critical break point opportunities while on serve later in the set.
Djokovic is now one set away from another quarterfinals appearance at Roland Garros and a date with No. 3 seed Alexander Zverev.

Djokovic 6-2, *5-3 Norrie
Novak Djokovic breaks Cameron Norrie for the second time this set.
He employs the moon ball, changeup shot, keeping his groundstrokes deep. Norrie continues to struggle playing defense behind the baseline as he sends his backhand wide, giving Djokovic the break.
With new balls, Djokovic will serve for the second set.
Bublik 5-7, *0-0 Draper
And there it is — Jack Draper (5) takes the first set after an admirable effort from Alexander Bublik.
This match could come down to fine margins and Bublik's error in his service game at 5-5 proved to be it.
He will have to step up to manufacture a way back into the match in set two.
Bublik 5-6* Draper
Well, that could be a crucial error from Bublik.
He double faults on serve and hands Draper the advantage in this first set after the Brit delivered a wonderful shot that Bublik left when it looked like it was headed out.
In fact, it dipped in late and maybe the mental knock-on of that error affected Bublik in his next couple of serves.
Draper will serve for the first set now on Suzanne-Lenglen.
Cameron Norrie has called for the trainer during the changeover.
The physio is working on his left foot.
Hopefully not too serious.
Djokovic 6-2, 4-3* Norrie
In the longest game of the match, Novak Djokovic escapes with a hold after 16 points against Cameron Norrie. On game point, Norrie sent a backhand long, giving Djokovic the game.
Norrie had a break point opportunity. But like many points this match, Djokovic was able to employ his effective topspin, forcing Norrie behind the baseline where his cross court backhand went into the middle of the net.
Norrie's backhand has struggled with Djokovic's groundstrokes this entire match. Now, a big service game awaits for Norrie to keep this on serve.

Bublik 5-4* Draper
All the expectation is that Jack Draper will win this match but Alexander Bublik is not willing to let that happen without a fight.
That last game felt like a potential turning point as Draper got to 40-40 and was close to breaking Bublik's serve, only for the latter to pull off some composed shots under pressure to hold the game.
Maybe he has in mind that every time Draper has won the first set in a match this year, he has gone on to win the match (19 successive occasions).
Draper looks confident he can win the longer rallies — but Bublik's drop shots have been effective in shorter exchanges.
Djokovic 6-2, *3-3 Norrie
That's a big service hold for Cameron Norrie. Novak Djokovic brought the service game to deuce after Norrie led 40-15. But Norrie was able to escape, hitting some big groundstrokes to get the hold.
Norrie is serving well (66 percent first serve) but Djokovic is doing an effective job at immediately dictating the point and putting the Brit on defense.
Norrie doesn't have a huge serve so against a dominant returner like Djokovic, it's quite the challenge.
Regardless, it's tied three apiece and on serve in the second set.
Djokovic 6-2, 3-2* Norrie
That's an impressive service hold for Novak Djokovic. He staves off a couple break point opportunities for Cameron Norrie, thanks to his clutch serving and aces.
Norrie needs to stand closer on the deuce side of the court to take away Djokovic from hitting that kick serve.
The 24-time slam champion is beating Norrie on that side, forcing the Brit out wide where Djokovic has an open court.
Djokovic starting to gain control of his second set.
