Glamorgan v Rapids – 2nd XI T20 Preview & Squad – Glamorgan Cricket

Glamorgan 2nd XI will face Worcestershire Rapids at Sophia Gardens on Tuesday 10 June for the T20 Central Group match, starting at 11:30AM.
After a short break to the 2nd XI T20 competition, followed by rain in the previous fixture at Sudbrook CC last week against Northamptonshire, Mark O’Leary’s boys are back to face Worcestershire Rapids in the Central Group match at Sophia Gardens. A 12-member squad will play at the Home of Welsh Cricket, with first team captain Kiran Carlson joining the 2nd team for this fixture ahead of traveling to Chelmsford to face Essex in the Vitality Blast.
Still favourites to make the play-off stage of the 2nd XI competition, Glamorgan will look to continue the positive trend upwards at Sophia Gardens, having last played there in April against Gloucestershire’s 2nd XI in a 3-day friendly.
