    Brent Price’s layup 1:12 into the game gave the Jamestown Jackals a 4-2 lead and they never looked back on their way to a 136-104 Basketball Super League victory over the Tri-State Admirals on Saturday at Jamestown Community College’s Physical Education Complex.
    Jamestown improved to 12-8 on the season with the win.
    Tafari Beckford led six players in double figures for the Jackals with 21 points, while Price and Derrick Colter each added 20. Braden Bell and Zakeem Davis had 18 points apiece, while Evan Hinson chipped in 12.
    Beckford grabbed a team-high 15 rebounds to go along with five assists; Bell had 11 rebounds and four assists; and Davis grabbed eight rebounds to go along with five assists off the bench.
    Jamestown shot 54.9% from the field and outrebounded Tri-State 61-41.

    Wahaad Johnson led the Admirals with 24 points, Christian Butler scored 17, Josiah Jones had 15 and Akeem White scored 12.
    Jamestown will travel to Kitchener, Ontario, to take on the KW Titans on Saturday at 2 p.m.
