Shikhar Mohan is still there, holding one end up, and Shubh Sharma walks in to calm things down. Karnataka are already working their magic, but Jharkhand are trying to steady the ship.
Jharkhand face early blows as Karnataka strike twice. Utkarsh Singh goes cheaply, caught by Abhinav Manohar off Vidyadhar Patil, and Shubh Sharma is trapped by Shreyas Gopal after a brief 15-run stay. Shikhar Mohan steadies things with 24 not out, joined by Virat Singh, as Jharkhand try to rebuild.
Jharkhand are hunting for a steady partnership now, with Shikhar Mohan and Virat Singh taking charge to stabilize the innings after early setbacks.
Jharkhand reach 110 for 3 as Shubh Sharma falls for 15, bowled by Shreyas Gopal. Virat Singh remains unbeaten on 17, holding one end up as Jharkhand look to rebuild after the wicket.

Jharkhand suffer a setback as Kumar Kushagra falls for 63, caught by Karun Nair off Shreyas Gopal. But Virat Singh holds firm on the other end, unbeaten on 86 off 65, as Ishan Kishan walks in to join him and steady the innings for Jharkhand.
Absolute carnage in Ahmedabad. Ishan Kishan turns the Vijay Hazare Trophy into his personal highlight reel, blasting a ridiculous 33-ball century for Jharkhand against Karnataka. It’s one of those innings where the bowlers have nowhere to hide, pace, spin, length, none of it matters once Kishan gets going.
Jharkhand pile on a mammoth 412 for 9 in their 50 overs, riding that fearless assault at the top. Karnataka are left staring at a scoreboard that barely feels real, the kind that changes the mood of a game before the chase even begins.
Karnataka open their chase with Mayank Agarwal and Devdutt Padikkal taking the crease. The pair are tasked with the huge job of chasing down Jharkhand’s massive 412, looking to get their side off to a solid start.
Karnataka are flying in their chase, reaching 100 without loss in just 9.4 overs. The openers, Mayank Agarwal and Devdutt Padikkal, are in complete control, laying a solid foundation for a big total.
Karnataka are cruising at 169 for 1 in 19.2 overs, with Devdutt Padikkal taking charge. He’s unbeaten on 79 off 62, timing the ball beautifully and keeping the innings firmly on course, while Karun Nair supports him with 21 off 21 at the other end.
Karnataka race to 249 for 3 in 30.5 overs, driven by Devdutt Padikkal’s commanding century that keeps them firmly in control of the chase.
Karnataka are at 342 for 5 in 42 overs, needing 71 runs from 48 balls to reach Jharkhand’s 412. With a current run rate of 8.14 and a required run rate of 8.88, the final overs promise an exciting finish in this Group stage List A clash.
Abhinav Manohar and Dhruv Prabhakar are keeping the innings ticking, with Manohar unbeaten on 56 off 32 and Prabhakar steady on 40 off 22. The duo are building a crucial partnership to keep their team in control.
