    Mitchell Owen was dropped on eight by Hilton Cartwright, before being caught by the same man off the very next ball off Glenn Maxwell.
    Rehan Ahmed was caught behind by Sam Harper off Tom Curran after a failed review from the Hurricanes as they slumped to 2-10.

    Nikhil Chaudhary battled to 7 off 10, before he skied one off Marcus Stoinis to Campbell Kellaway in his first over as they slumped to 3 for 36.
    Tom Rogers dropped a tough chance in the deep off Stoinis as Ben McDermott brought up his 50 off 39 balls, including five fours.
    Tim David battled to a run a ball 31, including two fours, before he was caught by Rogers to give Peter Siddle his first scalp.
    McDermott made 69 off 62 balls, before he was caught by Swepson to be Stoinis’ second scalp of the night as the Hurricanes were 5-140 inside the last three overs.
    Chris Jordan smoked one boundary in his 7 off six balls, before he was caught by Kellaway off a Haris Rauf slower ball.
    Nathan Ellis came and went for a golden duck after chipping a second straight Rauf slower ball to Kellaway, who got his third catch of the innings.
