The Maui High boys volleyball team defeated Baldwin 3-0 Tuesday night in the Maui Interscholastic League Division I Championship game to finish the season undefeated and claim the league title.
Maui High won 25-18, 25-20, 25-16 at King Kekaulike High School.
The Sabers saw impressive stat lines from Andrew Guzman (32 Assists, 3 digs, 1 block and an ace), Luke Prangnell (15 kills, 3 ace and 6 digs), Samuel Cummings (14 kills, 1 block, 4 digs), Joey Whaley (2 kills, 2 blocks), Owen Karcher (6 kills, 4 blocks, 1 ace, 1 dig), Kamaehu Akahi-Lurendez (8 digs, 1 assists), Latrell MArtinez (2 digs, 1 ace), Austyn Ramos (4 digs), Francisco Dolores-Ortiz (1 dig, 1 ace) and Luis Ramos (3 blocks, 1 kill).
