The Southwestern Chapter of NYS Association of Certified Football Officials recently held its postseason banquet at the South Dayton Hotel. Honored, from the left, are Vince Joy Jr., for his 50 years of officiating excellence and service to the chapter; Scott VanStee, chapter president; and Barney Lee, the recipient of the “Roger Mason Award” for his outstanding leadership and dedication to the chapter.
