While South Africa finished the league stage at the top of the points table in a bid to chase their maiden WTC glory, Australia finished second on the nine-team standings as they look to defend their 2023 title.
Ahead of the game, here is a look at the Dream11 predictions, fantasy cricket tips, pitch report, the top player picks, and the best-predicted XIs for the fantasy contests of the match.

Weather – As per AccuWeather, the weather is expected to remain partly sunny throughout Day 1 at Lord’s in London, with temperatures ranging between the 21° and 23° mark. The forecasts for Day 2, however, indicates cloudy weather with around 50 percent chances of rainfall in the afternoon session. Rains are also predicted on Days 3 and 5, with Day 4 weather offering some respite for fans with a nice and warm setting.
Pitch report – Each of the last seven Tests played at Lord’s in London have produced results since August 2021. The surface here is expected to offer considerable assistance to fast bowlers, especially with the new ball. Spinners will also come into the picture, albeit during the second half of the match. Teams batting first need to apply themselves at the crease and rack up a competitive total to seize early advantage.
The teams batting first have won 53 of the 147 Test matches played at the Lord’s Stadium in London. The teams bowling first, on the other hand, have won 43, with as many as 51 matches resulting in draws.
