A motor vehicle accident that occurred around 6 on Sunday morning hampered Route 20 traffic. The incident was located between Newell Road and Route 39. Sheridan Fire Department closed a portion of the road due to downed wires. Motorists were urged to be aware of potential hazards and plan alternative routes.
