Pakistan win the toss and bowl
Play is about to get under way in Colombo, where the sun is shining,
Captain Laura Wolvaardt and Tazmin Brits are in the middle for South Africa.
Sadia Iqbal will open the bowling for Pakistan.
Pakistan captain Fatima Sana: "We're going to bowl first. It's looked like a good pitch for the bowlers and the weather is good, so we will try.
"We will try to play good cricket against South Africa and be calm."
South Africa captain Laura Wolvaardt: "Not the worst thing to bat first. We've done really well chasing. The last time we batted first [against England], it didn't go to plan. We're already qualified for the semi-finals, so it's good to test ourselves against that."
South Africa XI: Laura Wolvaardt (c), Tazmin Brits, Sune Luus, Annerie Dercksen, Marizanne Kapp, Karabo Meso (wk), Chloe Tryon, Nadine de Klerk, Nondumiso Shangase, Ayabonga Khaka, Nonkululeko Mlaba.
Pakistan XI: Muneeba Ali, Omaima Sohail, Sidra Amin, Aliya Riaz, Natalia Parvaiz, Fatima Sana (c), Sidra Nawaz (wk), Rameen Shamim, Diana Baig, Nashra Sundhu, Sadia Iqbal.
Fatima Sana correctly calls heads and Pakistan will bowl first in Colombo.
Hello there. Day 22 of the Women's World Cup sees South Africa take on Pakistan in Colombo.
South Africa have already qualified for the semi-finals. Winless Pakistan need a victory to keep their slim hopes of reaching the last four alive.
Of course, in Colombo, there's always a third factor at play… the rain, something commentator Alex Hartley has been quite critical of.
Will we beat the weather today? Stay tuned to find out.
