June was a busy month for the team at Wells Enterprises as they donated more than 2,100 frozen novelties like Bomb Pops, Blue Bunny Twist Cones and Blue Bunny Sandwiches, to several local schools and hospitals across Chautauqua County. Pictured is a group of students from Fredonia Elementary School. Other recipients included Dunkirk School 3, Dunkirk School 4, Dunkirk School 5, Dunkirk School 7, Dunkirk Intermediate School, Northern Chautauqua Catholic School, Brooks Memorial Hospital, Westfield Hospital, Special Olympics, and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. “We all scream for ice cream, especially during the summer and when it’s part of end of the school year celebrations,” said Brian Ardillo, HR business partner, Wells. “Donations like these are part of Wells’ ongoing commitment to supporting Dunkirk and the surrounding community.”
