Transfer news LIVE!
Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool are all expected to bolster their attacking options before the start of the new Premier League season. It has already been a busy summer transfer window for the Gunners with four new arrivals which should soon become five with an official announcement for Cristhian Mosquera. They are also said to be closing in on a final agreement with Sporting for prolific striker Viktor Gyokeres, despite talk of a Manchester United hijack, in addition to eyeing a move for Eberechi Eze.
Liverpool are close to wrapping up a deal for Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike, thus most likely bringing an end to any talk of a move for Newcastle centre-forward Alexander Isak who reportedly had been keen on swapping St James’ Park for Anfield.
United are finalising a deal for Bryan Mbeumo after their third offer was accepted by Brentford, and have now turned their focus to Benjamin Sesko. Leaving Old Trafford though is Marcus Rashford as he is set to join Barcelona on loan. Elsewhere, Chelsea are reportedly keen on Xavi Simons and Tottenham remain hopeful of signing Morgan Gibbs-White. Follow the latest transfer news, rumours and gossip live below!

Ederson has agreed to join Galatasaray this summer.
That’s according to Sky Germany, but there is not believed to have been any serious talks between the Turkish side and Manchester City yet.
Ederson has given the green light to the move, with City said to be considering Burnley’s James Trafford, who came through their academy, as a replacement.
Benjamin Sesko has spent much of the summer being linked with Arsenal, but it is Manchester United who are now said to be considering opening talks.
With the Gunners focusing on Viktor Gyokeres, United are considering a big-money move for Sesko as they desperately try to sign a striker.
According to Ben Jacobs, the RB Leipzig forward has emerged as a key target, with Ollie Watkins and Nicolas Jackson the other two targets.
Leipzig were believed to be demanding £78m earlier this summer.
Hugo Ekitike will this week undergo a Liverpool medical to finalise his move from Eintracht Frankfurt.
The striker is then expected to fly out to Asia to join the Reds on their pre-season tour.
Sport1 report that a medical is booked for the coming days to put the final touches on a transfer that could rise to beyond £82m, depending on add-ons.
Manchester United have reportedly re-entered the race for Viktor Gyokeres.
SIC claim that with Arsenal so far failing to wrap up a deal, United have been encouraged and have submitted a bid close to £70m.
While Gyokeres is holding out for a move to Arsenal, Sporting are likely to accept the best offer for them.
However, Arsenal are believed to be relaxed about the situation and still in pole position to complete the transfer.
Alexander Isak’s agent says the player is considering his options as he draws transfer interest from Al Hilal and Liverpool.
The Swede was left out of Newcastle’s squad for a friendly loss to Celtic this weekend, with Eddie Howe confirming he made the decision due to the transfer speculation surrounding him.
Saudi outlet Al-Riyadiyah ran quotes from Gonzalo Gaitan, an agent with Isak’s representatives.
Gaitan said: “We are already studying and analysing all options, and we may be close to finalising the next step for the player.”
He offered no further detail as to Isak’s plans. Newcastle insist he is not for sale, and Howe has said he is ‘desperate’ to keep ahold of him this summer.
Thiago Silva’s son Isago was one of 16 academy prospects to sign scholarships with Chelsea earlier this week.
He joined the club’s academy when his father signed to the first team from PSG in 2020, and stayed on after Thiago returned to Brazil with Fluminense.
Silva today wrote to Isago on his social media: “Watching you chase your dreams makes me so proud. I’ll always support you.”

Timothy Weah, son of George, has agreed personal terms with Marseille as he looks to leave Juventus.
So reports RMC Sport, who add that a five-year deal is on the table.
The clubs remain in talks over a loan with buy obligation, with that clause thought to be worth between £10.3m and £13m.
The player, who only made one appearance at the Club World Cup, is keen on the move.
Marcus Rashford has touched down in Barcelona ahead of completing his loan move to the Blaugrana.
James Trafford has agreed to return to Man City this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The keeper joined Burnley from City in 2023 but has a buy-back clause in his contract, which has inhibited Newcastle in their negotiations to secure his services.
That clause is worth £40m, but City are hoping to reduce that price. He will join up should one of Ederson or Stefan Ortega leave the club, with the former drawing interest from Galatasaray.
Brentford striker Yoane Wissa has reportedly agreed personal terms with Newcastle ahead of a potential move, according to reports in the French press.
Newcastle are in the market for striker cover this summer and have already fallen short in moves for Joao Pedro and Hugo Ekitike, who opted to join Chelsea and Liverpool, respectively.
After Bryan Mbeumo agreed to join Man United – he completed a medical on Sunday – Brentford are not thought to be willing to let Wissa leave, but the Magpies may still try their luck.
He had also drawn interest from Tottenham.
