Athlete of the week achievement: Lucko scored a career-high 23 points in Bishop Carroll’s 60-47 PIAA quarterfinal win over Williamsburg. Earlier in the week, she had six points for the Lady Huskies in a 54-22 second-round victory over District 10 champion Farrell.
Season update: Lucko is averaging 9.3 points per game for Bishop Carroll, which has won 21 games and will play Bishop Guilfoyle Academy in the PIAA semifinals with a chance to play in the PIAA Class 1A championship game on the line Saturday.
