Australia XI: Usman Khawaja, Sam Konstas, Marnus Labuschagne, Steve Smith, Travis Head, Mitch Marsh, Alex Carey (wk), Pat Cummins (c), Mitchell Starc, Nathan Lyon, Scott Boland
India squad: Rohit Sharma (c), Yashasvi Jaiswal, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant, Ravindra Jadeja, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Washington Sundar, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, Akash Deep
Steve Smith has his first boundary.
A short ball from Ravindra Jadeja was put in the direction of Mohammed Siraj at mid-on.
It was to Siraj's right and his effort was rather abysmal.
Jadeja was unhappy with it too.
Smith on six now.
Bumrah returns to the attack and strikes immediately as Khawaja mistimes a pull shot straight into the hands of KL Rahul at mid-wicket.
A disappointing end to a solid innings for the veteran opener, especially given it was a borderline half-tracker from the Indian seamer.
Khawaja departs for 57, bringing Steve Smith to the crease for the hosts.

The bails fiasco has returned.
Siraj walks up to Labuschagne and changes them around, but this time the Aussie star doesn't react and walks away in between deliveries.
"He's not biting this time," Isa Guha said on Fox Cricket.
Bizarre moment again from the villain of the series and it's not impacting Labuschagne, who crunches a drive down the ground for a boundary.

Jadeja back into the attack now for the visitors and comes up with a maiden.
Labuschagne fails to cash in on a run-scoring delivery and starts talking to himself.
This is a really interesting period and it's a stark contrast to what we saw this morning when Konstas was playing ramp shots and scoring at a run per ball.
Marnus cops it for a third time!
The boys pause for a quick drinks break as the temperature soars above 36 degrees.
Khawaja brings up a much-needed fifty, guiding a ball through gully for a boundary.
It's his first half-century since last summer at the Gabba and with pressure mounting, it couldn't have come at a better time for the veteran Aussie opener.
Tough moment for Labuschagne, who cops the ball straight in the box two balls in a row.
"Everybody laughs except the recipient," Kerry O'Keeffe said on Fox Cricket.
The right-hander takes some time to recover and gets attended to by medical staff.

Labuschagne edges a delivery from Bumrah, but again it drops just short of Kohli in the slips and the Aussie No.3 survives for now.
Runs are still proving hard to come by for Khawaja up the other end, who also edges a ball safely and short of the slips cordon.
"When you are in the slips to Usman Khawaja, you need to come up a little bit," Mark Waugh said on Fox Cricket.
"He plays with a dead bat."
Khawaja and Labuschagne are both struggling a little bit since the break.
"This is a challenging little period," Adam Gilchrist said on Fox Cricket.
Just four runs – a boundary – since the players returned from lunch.
The players are making their way back out onto the MCG for the second session.
Khawaja is eyeing off a half-century, while Labuschagne is 12 off as many balls.
India need to try and wrangle back some momentum in the next hour or this could get ugly for them late in the day and heading into Friday's play.
